Our Process
All we need from you is your timeframe that we try our best to meet. Email us your name, emails inspection will be sent to, phone numbers and the home you wish to have inspected.
We also require the listing agent information on the home being inspected to schedule the inspection. It usually takes 4 to 5 hours and then the report needs to be revised. We are with you the whole way of the purchase process if needed. All questions or concerns are free of charge and dealt with in the order they are received. Once the inspection is paid for the report is sent to you and your realtor if desired. From there all questions are responded to in a timely manner. We want your home purchase to be a safe purchase.
