Ben did a very thorough job with the house I am in the process of purchasing. He made note of some potentially big problems as well as numerous less serious problems. He is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. He seems to be familiar with all the local contractors and that was obviously a big help in getting some of the more critical repairs done. The complete inspection report was done extremely fast after he left the property which was amazing. The report was great with detailed information and accompanied with pictures. If you want to purchase your new home with the peace of mind that you are not in for some unpleasant surprises, Ben would be the one to choose. It was a pleasure working with him.
